The NFR & StatoilHydro funded R& D project started in 4th quarter 2007, but has in 2008 increased its pace significantly in 2008. The project is a continuation of the BORA and OTS projects. Jan Erik Vinnem is project manager.

The project will run until the end of 2010, and one PhD student will start up his PhD studies after the summer vacation of 2008. This period will extend into 2011.
