Safetec Nordic has for more than ten years had 38% ownership in Preventor AS, the rest owned by Myrbakken AS, which is controlled by Jan Erik Vinnem. On 8th of September 2014 these shares were brought back by Myrbakken AS, which now owns 100% of Preventor AS. Negotiations were started in summer of 2013. The copperation agreement between Safetec Nordic and Preventor remains unchanged.
