Exactly 25 years ago, Jan Erik Vinnem together with the Norwegian Research Council published a booklet of Caution Rules for risk analysis, together with a poster summing up the rules.
After investigating the use of risk analysis by developer and authorities in the Risavika LNG-case, we have been reminded that the days when these rules should be focused upon are still not over.
